About Our Founder
Our founder, Dina Parker, is a veteran of the recruitment industry. In her tenure at a national staffing agency, she recruited for organizations such as: General Electric, Cap Gemini, General Dynamics, Raytheon, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and the NSA. As a corporate recruiter and leader at both a global Fortune 500 organization and a major hospital system, she built successful recruitment operations and staffed executive level talent across the globe. Most recently, she oversaw talent acquisition for a large national architecture/engineering firm. Dina has hired thousands of professionals in her career and is an award-winning leader in her industry. She has coached and mentored thousands of candidates and has a passion and talent for connecting people to the perfect opportunity.
